1. Nature of Products (Digital Goods) All products available on this website (including iOS Packs, Android Packs, PC Settings, and Guides) are 100% Digital Products.

  • These are downloadable files or configuration data sent via email.

  • There is no physical shipping involved.

  • Access to the product is granted immediately upon successful payment.

2. No Refund Policy Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds.

  • Once a purchase is made and the download link/file has been sent to your email address, the order is considered completed and non-refundable.

  • Since digital files cannot be “returned” or “un-downloaded,” we cannot accept returns like a physical store.

  • Please read the product description, features, and compatibility details carefully before making a purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Instant Processing: Our system is automated to deliver files instantly after payment. Therefore, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed.

  • Pending Orders: If a payment fails or is stuck in a “Pending” state and no product was delivered, the money is usually auto-refunded by the bank within 5-7 working days. In this case, the order is automatically cancelled.

     

4. Exceptions (When We Offer Refunds) We only make exceptions to the “No Refund” rule in the following specific circumstances:

 
 
  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you have successfully paid but did not receive the product link via email within 24 hours (and it is not in your Spam/Junk folder). In this case, we will first attempt to deliver the file manually. If we fail to deliver, a full refund will be issued.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same order due to a technical glitch. We will refund the duplicate transaction amount.

5. Technical Support We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have. If you are facing issues with applying the settings, or if you feel the configuration is not working as expected, please contact our support team. Technical issues or lack of know-how are not valid grounds for a refund, but we will provide full support to help you fix the issue.
