Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Oxren Sensi, we sell digital products (Sensitivity Configurations and Settings). Therefore, physical shipping does not apply.

1. Instant Delivery

Upon successful payment, your order is processed immediately. You will receive an email containing:

• The Download Link for your purchased pack.
• A PDF/Video Guide on how to apply the settings.
• Access to our private support channel (if applicable for Premium packs).

2. Delivery Time

0 - 10 Minutes. In 99% of cases, the email arrives instantly. However, due to server delays or email provider issues, it may take up to 10 minutes.

3. What if I don't receive the email?

If you have not received your product within 30 minutes of payment:

1. Check your Spam/Junk folder.
2. Ensure you entered the correct email address during checkout.
3. Contact us immediately on Telegram @oxsensii or email contact@oxrensensi.in with your Order ID/Payment Screenshot. We will manually send the files to you.
